November 10, 2025 10:00AM - Hearing Is Scheduled

Hearing on motion to reconsider is scheduled for November 10, 2025, 10:00 AM

Late October 2025 - Motion To Reconsider Dismissal Filed

Anthony Timmermeyer with the help of the pro-bono attorney filed a motion to reconsider

the dismissal of the bankruptcy.

Early October 2025 - A Question For The New Board

The estimated cost of the reorganization bankruptcy was $35,000. A little over $13,533 additional costs were incurred because of motions to dismiss and false claims filed before the case was dismissed. How did it become over $80,000 as recently mentioned? Did anybody ask the Board for details?

Late September 2025 - A Question For The Old Board

Why would the POA pay their bills before September 9 when the new board took over? Because the bills were due. Also due were refunds of the special assessment to those residents that paid it and requested a refund. Did you get your refund?  Requests for refunds should be sent to csrpoa.vote@gmail.com

Almost half of the payment to the lawyer was specifically associated with the multiple hearings to dismiss the bankruptcy. Had a current board member not brought suit against the POA , filed a false claim as a creditor in the bankruptcy, and supported multiple motions to dismiss the bankruptcy proceedings, you would probably be voting today on revised governing documents, the POA would have $13,533 more cash then it does today, and its financial future would have been secured.

A lot of bills are still due; $36,000 to resident’s special assessment refunds, $10,000 insurance contingency payment, $17,000 pool fence replacement from mediated settlement,  $6,400 for D&O insurance, and at least $2,600 more legal bills.  That totals $72,000 which is more than the POA has ever had in the bank. That is why the prior board went for Chapter 11 bankruptcy. You were told the POA was bankrupt. Do you believe it now?

Early September 2025 - An Election and A Dismissal

Election held September 8. Bankruptcy court dismissed cased September 9. New Board seated September 10.

Mid August 2025 - The Reorganization Explained
